Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged or leaking.
• The product is defective upon delivery.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

• The product has been opened or used.
• The seal is broken after delivery.
• The return request is made after 48 hours.
• The damage occurred after delivery due to improper handling.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer (where applicable).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by us.

Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
